This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit gastro25.com, open an account, contact us or use the online ordering service.

Data, purposes and legal bases

  • Account and business details to enter into and perform the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Contact enquiries to respond and manage prospective business relationships (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
  • Order data entered by restaurant customers, processed on the restaurant’s behalf under a data processing agreement.
  • Technical logs, including IP address, user agent and timestamp, for security and reliability (Article 6(1)(f)). Routine logs are retained for no more than 14 days unless an incident requires longer retention.

Audience measurement with Wolf Analytics

We use Wolf Analytics in GDPR mode to measure visits, interactions, performance, errors and access by search engines or AI crawlers. It does not place advertising cookies. Session storage may be used where necessary to recognise a browser session; raw IP addresses are not retained for browser sessions, and no persistent advertising profiles are created.

Processors and recipients

We use Hetzner Cloud for hosting, Lettermint for transactional email, Stripe for optional payments and Wolf Analytics for audience measurement. Depending on the service, they act as processors or independent providers. Processing takes place in the EU or uses a GDPR-recognised transfer mechanism where required.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal duties. Billing records may be kept for applicable tax retention periods. Data processed on the basis of legitimate interests is deleted or anonymised when that interest no longer applies and no retention duty remains.

Your rights
