Terms and conditions

These terms govern contracts for gastro25 between restaurant businesses and Lukas Weber, Achstraße 29, 88255 Baienfurt, Germany.

1. Scope

The service is available solely to businesses and restaurant professionals. Any individual written agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

2. Contract formation

A contract is formed when registration has been completed successfully and we confirm activation. The person registering confirms that they are authorised to contract for the named business. The first 60 days are free of charge.

3. Service and customer responsibilities

gastro25 supplies an online shop and tools for menus, orders, collection, delivery and optional payments. The customer remains responsible for menu information, prices, allergens, opening hours, delivery areas, tax details and compliance with rules applying to its restaurant.

4. Price and payment

The Complete plan costs €69.00 per month with no commission per order. Fees are billed monthly in advance and exclude VAT, which is added where legally required. Payment services such as Stripe may charge their own fees directly to the customer.

5. Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. Either party may cancel with effect from the end of the following month. Before the service ends, the customer may export data made available through the platform.

6. Availability and liability

We may carry out reasonable maintenance and remedy technical faults. Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and breach of essential contractual duties. In all other cases it is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a choice of court is permitted, the courts at the provider’s place of business have jurisdiction.
